This form is available for healthy volunteers who wish to share concerns, experiences, or issues encountered during or after participation in clinical research.
Reports may include problems related to informed consent, communication, screening practices, eligibility decisions, unfair bans, compensation issues, unfair or unsafe treatment, or other aspects of the research experience.
Submissions are reviewed to help identify patterns, improve transparency, and support fair and ethical research practices. While HVA may not be able to assist with every individual situation, reports are compiled and evaluated collectively to identify recurring issues and systematic concerns.
